I agree Christopher. Retention begins w/the first contact made to the school from the prospective student. It begins w/the admissions office and every step of the way to get the student to commit. Follow through with the facility tour by the facilities coordinator to keep the students interest peaked and on to registration day when the student meets the other students and the atmosphere is buzzing with the excitement of learning a new trade. It is a job that everyone in our facility takes seriously and we all work together to keep the student here in school. From admissions to facilities to instructors, it takes us all!
