retention

it's nice to have a better knowledge of how to measure retention.

I don't feel that as an instructor I need to focus on numbers, unless they are very poor. If an instructor is doing their job the best they can, then students will respond. At least that is what I have found. The more effort I put forth, the more effort I see my student's put in.

Retention is important for the company, but more so for the student.

It helps to remember how you handle retention and see other ways so you can adapt so you can get the lessons across to students
