I agree. TESTING isnt the same as interest in the program. If the students arent engagged to the idea of the program and to complete it then everything else is irrelevant.
Asking admissions personnel to watch personal traits as a screening tool is asking a lot, Patricia, particularly for introverted prospects. Hopefully, the prospect is adequately introduced to the program and its expectations so that they can make an informed decision.
Recruiters have a different look at getting "any seat in the seat," as it was stated in module. Some programs don't have entry test scores so it is extremely important to listen to the students interst and expectations in those programs. Admission representive should watch personal traits.
