Team Work
Team work is so important for the students. Every aspect of the school services needs to keep this in mind. We all need to provide the students with the best of our services in all areas of our school. We all need understand the student’s needs are important in every area and we all need to work together to make sure we all give the student the same message of how important they are and how much we care for their success.
Does your school have a process in place to keep things fresh?
It definitely takes a team. There are far too many other schools and distractions in life nowadays. The idea of just getting them in the door and forgetting about them just doesn't work. We must work to keep things fresh and to keep the students motivated.
I agree anytime that there is no team work the students are the ones who suffers from this. If the staff work together as a team it will show the students that we expect nothing less from them and expect them to also work together as a team
Communication is important! It is a team effort not just the instructor but the administrative team must help. Many times there is a division between the admission departments and the education department but if we all work together we will notice better success in our students.
What about follow up debriefing?
I agree the right hand needs to know what the left hand is doing.ex; The problem is noticed, student is directed, stituation is analyed,direction is given,and the sudent is then monitored.
