Connected or Disconnected

Poor service can definitely disconnect a student but when do we know when poor service is prevalent? Some students wear their stress and frustration under their facial mask.

Sometimes poor service is in the eye of the beholder, but most of the time it's pretty evident when people are looking. There are many ways to uncover student discontent. The big question is what will be done when a problem is identified.
