I agree, I try to show each student that i care about the issues in the class ond out. It's not always a easy thing to do but i care about what they are going through. I was once a student going through the same struggles that the face everyday so i can relate.

IF an Instructor can help a student with all their concerns that is good as long as it leave enough time to help other students as well and not subtract from others learning experience. To prevent Instructors from being overwhelmed, we need to collaborate with other team members such as Student Services to assist as well. Hopefully, with everyone's great ideas together will help the student have a better outcome such as the decision to remain in school. Everyone will just need to remain on one accord so that the student will be at peace with whatever decisions they make.
