retention and motivation

when ever we hear a student talking about guitting we need to rekindle the fire find out what made the student chose us or the field the subject what ever made him come to us we need to light it up get the student talking some things we can help with somethings we'll pass to someone else with more know how but the main thing is find out what changed

How do you get them re-focused, Fredrik?

I Agree. Some times the student looses sight as to why he or she sterted the program.

I always try to be proactive when a student starts to miss time. Many times a simple solution is all thats needed.
