Retention Program

We are fortunate at our campus to have such a skilled Resource Center.

Christopher, finding the right organizational balance is as much art as science. A key element to a positive culture is an appreciation and understanding of the various roles necessary to achieve that balance. Sounds like your organization could benefit from improved communication and becoming jointly proactive.

We used to have a lot of resource at our campus for the students. It funny (not really) that my job has turn in to more than teaching and mentoring. As the company as made cuts we have lost lots of important resorces. student sevices being the big one. As we have tried to save money we find it doesnt work. we cut out student sevices and we see retention drop and they wonder why? we can only do so much and to take on others former jobs it make the main job suffer. maybe the probelem isnt at the campus but at the big offices. people that make change but dont see what they do until they get another report. may we should cut from the top and not the bottom and we may see student and the bottom line do better.
