Student Experience
I always make an effort to ensure my student's are receiving what they expected- and more. I make myself available to my students' and give them a lot of personal attention to enhance their experience. This shows them that they are not just in a group, but are recognized by their instructor as caring about their individual needs and progress.
Accessibility is the key to building relationships, which walks hand in hand with students experiencing success. I am hardly sitting behind a desk. I am always walking around in class making sure that all my students receive that individual attention on a daily basis. When I sit down, it is usually in a chair in the aisle right in the middle of all of the students or right beside a student.
That is fantastic! I think that whenever possible, we, as instructor should be emphasizing that we are here to invest in there success.
