Model, mentor and Monitor

Model, mentor and Monitor. Most of this is accountability. We need to hold ourselves, our fellow staff members and our students accountable.

Monitoring is the key to student and instructor success. When an assignment is turned in, grades are posted on the portal within 48 hours. The students are able to identify their work detail from immediate feedback. There is also a comment section on the portal to keep communication lines open when class is not in session. Instructors need to always keep communication lines open, smile, and monitor with an intelligent heart.
