Caring personally is certainly an important part of paying attention to your students. What are some ways that you use to intentionally demonstrate that you care?
To keep students motivated, you have to keep their attention, the best way to do that is for them to believe you care about them personally
Very true, I feel if you get excited about what your teaching, students in turn will get excited about learning.(Even on the days when its really hard too.)
I agree. It is the duty and the responsibility of the instructor to maintain a dignified and motivational presence in the class. The instructor must provide value to the student's educational experience. If the instructor does not, it is my belief that the instructor has done a great disservice to the student and the school.
