I agree. I think technology is great and a very useful tool but nothing has the impactof the human touch. May our support and caring is the only caring that student has hear or see that day. People are so much more than technology.
The inflection of the face and gesture are lost via computer so much is misunderstood in e-mail or on-line. So we must work harder to maintain the human connection.
