I think it's great to help/coach students in developing a vision for the future. I beleive it helps them stay focus, gets them excited about learning and open to the idea of trying new things.
I always try to be sensitive to student’s educational needs by employing effective listening, and offers positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep my students focused and motivated.
I love to watch the maturing of students from the beginning to the end of thier education. I've had troubled or problem students,that seemed hard to reach and yet with some positive encouragment,caoching as well as holding them accountable for their part in the education process become confident,reliable and ready for the work force.
