Successful students

I am a big believer that the more successful our students are, the more successful the school will be. It only makes sense to do everything we can to help students succeed, including helping them see it for themselves.

Your statement is correct. I couldn't have said/written that better, Mrs. Sutter.

I absolutely agree. We are the role models/educators/tutors who teach them what we learned so they can be successful for the better. In today's market, technology is quickly changing to the better and with more advancement. The more a student learns from the school equal and or above to the workforce, the better his or her employment opportunities are. Reputation is key!

Laura,

Finding ways for students to experience early success based on their efforts is a key to retaining adult students.

This is a very valid point. Students need to see that not lonly do they deseve it but they have earned it! Its an amaizing smile.

Todd,

If our graduates cannot perform once they leave us, we have not accomplished our institutional mission nor have we served them well. Retention and graduation numbers cannot stay where they b=need to be if we are missing the mark in our teaching.

From a business standpoint the amount of dialogue that is passed through social media, web sites, and word of mouth. Sometimes the schools future depends not only on retention or graduate numbers but the quality of the individual who graduates.

I strongly agree. It is important that we help our students believe that they can complete school. They also need to believe that they deserve it.
