working together

Working together is a key factor for success. you can achieve that by having good communication among your staffs and work according to each other needs.

Yes, I agree. On that note, even just one negative instructor among the many can do a great amount of harm to the student body as well as to the other staff and faculty.

This is true both within departments and amongst departments. The better we learn to work together, the stronger and more cohesive our organization will become.

Thank you, Richard. Working as a team helps to ensure cohesion and quality. The day and evening faculty members teaching the same course do not have to do the same things, but they must effectively cover the same objectives.

Some schools have systems in place to combine and share instructor resources. The more formal the system of collecting resources, the more effective it is. The collection of effective resources can really help a new instructor.

This does hold true especially where Im working. We have 2 shifts of instructors and the instructor. The evening instructor and I have got together and organized the course and keep each other aware of any issues that arive with training aids. problems with materials, making copies ect.

It makes the day go much smoother and provides our students with a prepared class room and Lab.
