Unity - Team Work
Teamwork is the key to success in any business, whether its a mom/popa two man shop or a Fortune 500 Organization. Without teamwork, there's a dysfuntion within, and will affect the whole institution.
I agree, here at our campus we encourage to work in teams ,it helps others improve and be better prpared for future jobs.
Today my Cusine Across Cultures class had an epiphany! It was the first day that all of the members of each team were on time for presentation of their dishes with all menu items also complete. I applauded their "Teamwork" as I pieced together the puzzle of how this will get them to the "8 Course Tasting Menu" final. In doing so I explained that the cooking element in this class is nothing new to them, understanding the pantry items are different yet not the principles. The difference here is the need to work as a team toward and end goal.
