Organization leads to better prepared classes, students notice this,as instructors we are more thorough and creative because our thoughts are organized. When we're prepared it just adds to a more interesting class. The hurried, frazzled, hectic-pace teacher conveys less than a wonderful picture of competence and confidence. Students are paying attention to the instructors every move, so organization comveys competence. I make it a rule to always be 3-5 days ahead of schedule, organized and prepared for the future start of a class.
