Get Your Students Hired
It's always great to have some time to reflect on my teaching competencies. As a lifelong learner, I find there are always areas for improvement. The Harvard bytes were interesting; it's a good touch to have input from such a prestigious school. I am also an introvert, and so my challenges are in the areas of creating greater rapport with my students.
