<p>To be successful in facilitating in an online teaching and learning environment the course delivery system must have a level of clarity, organization and a systematic approach concerning the information that is to be delivered by facilitators to students and the information that needs to come from students to the class environment. Course Delivery Systems (CMS) are a valuable tool that assist to make this happen. It seems to be very important for facilitators/instructors to gain early access to become familiar with these systems and their capabilities in order to properly organize the information so that it can be efficiently and effectively distributed to students.&nbsp;</p>
