<p>Teaching in an online or in an E-Leaning enviroment has many different parts to understand and to deliver to the students.&nbsp; I learned that we must understand the set up and sturcture of the course given.&nbsp; I must understand how the delivery system works and how to explain that to my students.&nbsp; I learned that support is very important to students and their success in the online course.&nbsp; They need both Course support and technical support as well.&nbsp; I also need to have a great understanding of the course subject and how to navigate the CMS to teach the course.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
