I have found and heard from students taking online coarses, that the biggest struggle is the lack of interaction from an instructor. What has been discussed so far I think is amazing. I took a short online coarse for work, and the interaction with the individual teaching and the others participating was amazing. Lots of questions, comments, discussions. I have received feedback in the past that a " here is your work, do it and turn in" and minimal interaction destroys the opportunity. In the field I work in professionally, I am on the computer constantly and the structure being discussed here in the lesson and from others posts I have read have been very encouraging. I have only been on this training for less than two hours and have already been able to comunicate with students of the great potential, that we all need to work together. What do you think?
