Bill, You are correct with the involvement of the people. The more ownership in the process by your people helps the implementation. It is a fact the better you plan in the front end the more likely your change will be successful. Keeping a positive attitude and surrounding yourself with positive leaders helps to overcome any sabatours to the process.
