I have found that by breaking down my bigger worries into smaller, more approachable worries, that I am able to address my problems without “freaking out.†The problem that I have is that sometimes I break things down so much that I feel cluttered and unsure about where to even start so I tell myself “well let’s just work on it tomorrowâ€. I know that this form of procrastination isn’t healthy. What is the best way to tackle my large problem without breaking it down too much?
