These are the wide rubber bands. When anyone is saying something negative the person they are talking to can ask them to snap thmesleves for being negative. This is fun and many times people who didn't think what they were saying was negative they found out people thought they were. When you have your employee meetings you can ask about the process and see how it is working. It is an eye opening process.
