marissa, Very interesting challenges and ways you are handling them. What I see mostly is that you are involving your Team to identify the challenges and also to develop ways to overcome them. What is important, it seems, is that your Team is working together. Not only are they working on how to deal with problems, but it looks like they are using the time to identify opportunities and creative solutions. We think that is so important.
