Thank you for your insightful posts, Theodore. You hit the nail on the head with your tactics on the phone with the telephone interview. Nicely done, as well, with the tour. "Painting a picture" is great for those that are truly visual learners. What if you have a student that is more auditory (needs to hear it to believe it), or kinesthetic (needs to touch it/experience it to learn it)? How do you inform them of the student-customer experience and resources?
