<p>I enjoyed the course.&nbsp; There is much information given within 4 modules.&nbsp; I agree, I enjoyed the format.&nbsp; It is necessary to always have training so that you are aware of what rules/guidelines apply to your job.&nbsp; With the increased awareness on providing students with accurate and pertinent information I think this course is necessary.&nbsp;Hoepfully, this will educate all agents on how to properly provide students with pertinent information about your school.</p>
