That is great approach to assisting students; however, one of your requirements is that the college must have a defined and published policy and procedures on students selected for verification. This requirement can be satisfied through publishing your requirements for completetion of verification, timeframe to complete, how you handle corrections and recalculation of award amounts, etc. in your consumer information or catalog. The hands on approach is great from a customer service perspective; however, defined guidelines are required.
