Hi Bonnie Wow. Really extremely well put and that mirrors our opinions as well. Placement truly does impact on every department of the school. And that is a reason that it is important to measure the results of each department in relation to the initatives of the placement department. That is truly a challenge and we haven't seen it done effectively yet. But this does help to determine what Placement will do in relation to each department and specifically how career services will be integrated into admissions, education, student services, etc. In fact, that would be a great policies and procedures manual for placement. Specify exactly what happens in each department related to the job search and how each department impacts on student job search success. Thanks, Susan
