Hi Joanie, Externships are essential for all programs in our opinion. And set up with the goal of 100% placement from the externship site. Yes, it is possible! Just work with the externship site coordinators and set that expectation. And set that expectation with the students. The externship site is one long interview. So they have to be the best.And reminder that externships should be offered to out of work alumni as well. Thanks, Susan
