Glenn, I'm wondering if you have considered contests that might engage students as well as align with your goals of increasing student participation with the Career Services department. I would imagine culinary students may also respond to "foodie" content such as recipes or images of unique dishes - have you experimented with this type of content? Perhaps a contest could encourage students to post images of their own dishes. Culinary offers so many creative and fun ways to engage students while helping their professional development.
