First you must find out about yourself What do I want out of life? Am I happy with my situation now? If not what do you want to change? Your style of teaching. Are you light in your presentation or more serious.
Unless we know our goals and styles it will be impossible to find others with the same objectives.
Once we have determined our goals, let people know what they are. The old saying "birds of a feather flock together" applies here. Those with similar goals will migrate to you. I've been in many hiring situations and you can easily see who feels the same way you do about things. They are more relaxed and feel at ease in your presence. Those that disagree can't want to either get away from you or argue every point. The best way to find these people is to ask questions...lots of questions. It won't take long until a person like you is found.
Once someone with common goals has been found you must nurture your relationship and use your common goals for betterment. Two heads are better than one and this is a great way to prove that addage.
