Agreed that being a "stickler" helps to incentivize students to be accountable, as they will be expected to be in the workplace. Adding notes about the fact that there are five people standing in line right now for every job gives students a prod towards being accountable, and underscores the expectations of the workplace. Students seem to respect it when the course models the workplace more accurately.
