You are correct Verna. Communication is useful towards all aspects of the Admissions world from the sales cycle, and building relationships within/without our daily duties. Understanding the - Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats (S.W.O.T.) from an individual, group or company perspective is another benefit of communication.
