<p>Sometimes, continuing education "classes" offer more hands on experience than what you learn in the classroom. This is one of the reasons why internships/externships are so important. Getting out and having real experiences can prepare students for experiences or challenges they may have in their careers. Having a platform like a seminar class to discuss these experiences is very important as well. Continuing Education helps us keep licensing and certifications up to date, and assists us with remembering what we learned in school.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
