Great insite. You are right. Compliance training is good, but, it has to be the culture at the institution you are working at for it to be effective. I have worked at a school where it was not the culture. It was difficult, because I refused to be a part of it. Thankfully, now I am at a school where compliance is the culture and working here is great.
