<p>What I have done from time to time is I ask one of the seasoned instructors if I can set in on a class they are teaching to get some ideas on different ways of teaching certain subjects. The reason for letting them know this is I do not want a person to think I am going in to be a spy but I am interested on some views they have,I also encourage them to set in on some of my classes to have them give me some constructive insights. What I want them to see if they do not know the subject matter I want them to see if they can follow along with that class on a certain subjects and can have a basic understanding on that subject at the end of class.</p>
