<p>The soft skills module although not new information is very informative.&nbsp; These particular skills are taught in leadership and management forums as well.&nbsp; I think the ability to effectively relate to others using the skills presented in this module is a formula for success in many areas, not just teaching.&nbsp; These are life skills that can help you grown as an individual if you can internalize them.</p>
