What happened to you happens in many other places of work. Not so long ago, a collegue whom I hold in high regard told me that in the beginning, the first two months would be difficult, but with time things would get better. When I am faced by challenges, which happens often, I remember his words, and I in turn take advantage of every opportunity availed to me to learn new ways from where I gain experience. I have learnt many things in a short peroid of time from taking these courses and I am going to continue to participate in these forums and blogs for the betterment of my career.
