<p>Being an instructor can be challenging sometimes, but the&nbsp;rewards are awesome. You get an oppotunity to get to know your students learning styles. Adapt your class to meet those needs and have alot of fun doing it. I like to mix and match different styles from hands on to working on the computer to games to test their knowledge. I have grown as an instructor by understanding how others learn.</p>
