<p>As an Administrator, I feel for you Chad.&nbsp; A good adminsitrator or depatment head should make every effort to communicate with Ajunct personnel.&nbsp; Sometimes I feel like my Adjuncts and I are ships passing in the night.&nbsp; I do have to make an effort to be present on the shifts that they are working to make sure that they know I am here to support them and that they are in the loop.&nbsp; I also agree that meetings should be set up with each department head to meet with adjuncts so that they can provide much needed information to Adjunct instructors.&nbsp; We want Adjuncts communicating the proper information to our students.</p>
