<p>Im so glad to have watched this! I believe by inviting my students into a running operative salon produces the perfect platform to study and learn by direct observation and being involved while studying their theory requirements. Observing actual situations along with the courses being studied provides the "hands on" experience which make the program more exciting for the students. They feel active and involved which feeds their passion and fuels their drive :)</p>
