Life of an Admission Representative
I have been working for education for 10 years now in various roles. Working together with different departments, we can all achieve the main goal. Students come first and it is important to remember this if someone is having a bad day. I enjoy helping students reach their academic goals.
I agree with this statement, with enrollments falling among many schools we need to remember the students are our customers. Once we enroll them we need to continue providing excellent customer service and assistance to help retain them. Retaining students is a win win. They will earn a degree or diploma and be able to apply for positions that will lead to gainful employment as they will have acquired the training and education they need. When our students win we win, they will build our job placement and graduation ratio and lend testimonies to others.
We cannot lose sight of our customers, the whole school needs to understand and see the students are customers and treat them as such.
This course has helped me to better serve our customers. I look forward to using my new found knowledge to provide even better customer service.
