This course was incredibly helpful for me. The suggestions and examples that were given were easy to apply, and I have already begun to see the benefit. I love the "minute paper" suggestion, what a great way to engage those who seem to be inattentive. Also answering the "what's in it for me" question has really helped me in how I approach and present the subject matter. This course is packed with so much helpful information, and I really enjoyed each session.
