As a new Adminissios Rep. I found the material very helpful. the note book idea makes for a great resource tool. The online cource is convient and personal in that it can be done on each persons time. I appreciated the information.

I thought this was pretty good training.  A lot of it seems like common sense so it really wasnt that difficult. 

I too enjoyed the course. I did find that with a new program a few items needed to be added to our information packets and other items challenged. This was a very good training.
