I absolutely love my job, each days my goal is to learn from others and to apply it to my job. To be successful you have to accept that not every idea will be used, but it doesn't make them bad ideas. It is very easy to take things personel - I am guilty of that. But at the end of the day, take a step back and really listed to constructive criticism. It isn't an attack as you as a person. It is someone else trying to add value and hopefully they are thinking I love my job too.
Personalities are going to crash. Everyone teaches differently that you. (that has to be the hardest thing for me)
But, your main goal is to give the best instruction, the best hands-on training, the best constructibe criticism, the best of you. That will make your job, your fellow co-workers, your employees, your staff, your students, your customers will appreciate and you will look forward to going to work everyday, and hopefully say I love my job too.
