FInally, we get into the 21st Century

Most of the schools that take this course are online schools.  That means most provide education and training not in the traditional classroom setting but online.  As a rep, we often have to sit in a classroom and take hours away from our students to complete training.  We have the same issues most of our students have as well.  I took this assessment with about  10 other reps, I had to start about 30 minutes later than them but I was read faster than most, retain information well and know my job and the policies farely well so I was able to complete the course before 90% of the other reps did.  If I were in the traditional classroom setting, I would have to listen to their questions on topics I already understand or worse yet-hear multiple reps ask the same questions!  I am not saying this to be cruel to my colleagues but to illustrate how IMPORTANT online education has become.  I like to work at my pace, not someone else's.  If I understand something, I shouldnt have to be bored and be forced to listen as it is gone over time and again.  If I dont understand something, I shouldnt be afraid to ask questions or have the isntructor go over something again.  I guess what I am saying is thank you-for finally understanding all students are different and need individual learning schedules.

While I enjoyed and learned from the course, I still like to have the traditional classroom.  I've always believed that there is no such thing as a stupid question, and sometimes those "extra" questions bring about great discussions that we can all learn something new from.
