Being a new Admissions Representative and having just finished the training, I am very pleased with the structure and knowledge provided by the modules. The online program was very easy to navigate and understand in order to perform well on the mini-quizzes and ultimately the final assessment. It does a very nice job of finalizing the training that new Admissions Reps receive once they start their position. 

Compliance is also touched on heavily due to the fact that the education industry is highly regulated. Obviously the learning process of an Admissions Representative or Agent is always ongoing and evolving, but this training provides a great base of knowledge to build on in the future.
