There is so much to learn, but the format was helpful to me as well. Plenty of useful information to help get started with your new career. The resource folder that I created will be a life saver alon the way.

I found the idea of the Notebook to be very novell and useful, The training reinforced how important it is for the information that is passed on to students be accurate and in keeping with established guidelines and policies. I found the material to be well organized and digestable.

Program was overwellming with so much information, but it was a great learning tool. The resource notebook is a terrific source of keeping up with policies changes  and procedures...

The students benefit when we are doing our jobs to the best of our ability.  Annual training is a terrific way to ensure you are current on the regulations and best practices. 

The quizzes were a good reflection of how well you absorbed the material.  The final was more indepth. cm201
