This course was very interesting and informative. It definitely will be a tool used in the future.
Wasn't sure what to expect. The training modules we had in the past were minimally useful, if that. I liked the
organization, topics, and video bite from the Harvard classes. I also, could identify with much of the subject
matter. Several points were reinforced, while others gave me ideas to think about. I would recommend this.
